Abstract:
A rotating reflector (18) for reflecting light emitted from a light source (15), wherein: the rotating reflector (18) is provided with a rotary fulcrum part (21) functioning as a rotary fulcrum, and a reflective part (24) located on the outer circumferential side of the rotary fulcrum part; in the reflective part, the surface on one side in the axial direction of a rotary shaft (J) is formed as a reflection control surface (24a), and the surface on the other side is formed as a non-reflective surface (24b); and convex or concave first balance weights (26) are formed on the non-reflective surface.
