The present invention provides a kind of rotating shaft, used in the connection of rotating vane and main body of a mobile communication device with swivel motion. The rotating shaft comprises: a center shaft, setting a first fixation portion on its two sides, and setting a rotating portion on the middle of it; a mount, socked on the first fixation portion of the center shaft, and fixed keeping the relative position of the center shaft, and setting a limiting block on the mount; a rotating parts, hinged on the rotating portion of the center shaft; a rotating limiting parts, hinged on the rotating portion of the center shaft, located between the mount and the rotating parts, and the rotating limiting parts has a first bulgy block which protruded in radial; the rotation parts connecting to the rotating limiting parts, and kept some space for rotating,when the rotating parts is rotating, it brings rotation to the rotating limiting parts, and when the first bulgy block on the rotating limiting parts is blockedd off by the limiting block, the rotating parts has rotated for 180 degrees.
