Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rotating-type surgical tissue removing device comprising: an entry rod which enters toward a target spot inside the body during a surgery, and which has a raised support part on the front end thereof; a slider which is coupled to the entry rod to be able to slide, which moves forward/backward with regard to the prop ledge portion, and which has a punching portion that constitutes a jaw portion together with the prop ledge portion; a rotating shaft which is a hollow member fixed to the rear side of the entry rod, and which is axially rotated by user manipulation; a pushing rod which successively passes through the rotating shaft and the entry rod such that the front end thereof is fixed to the slider, the rear end of the pushing rod extending to the rear side of the rotating shaft; a spring installed between the rotating shaft and the rear end of the pushing rod such that the pushing rod is elastically supported in the rearward direction; and a handle portion for moving the pushing rod forward, while a part of the rotating shaft is contained and retained therein to be able to rotate axially, such that the punching portion is pressurized toward the prop ledge portion. The rotating-type surgical inside-body tissue removing device according to the present invention, which is configured as above, is convenient to use in that, although the user is holding the handle by hand, the direction of the jaw portion inserted into the human body can be freely adjusted.
