A rotation control device for a working machine, capable of achieving rotation control in which the working attitude or the working load of a working device is taken into account. A rotation control device for a working machine is provided with: an actual rotational frequency detector (14) which detects the actual rotational frequency of a rotation motor (11); a controller (15) which, in order that the difference between a target rotational frequency outputted from a rotation control device (13), which controls the rotation motor (11), and an actual rotational frequency outputted from the actual rotational frequency detector (14) is zero, controls the drive torque of a drive device (12) for driving the rotation motor (11); and a correction means which, according to the working attitude and the working load of a working device (5), corrects the target rotational frequency outputted from the rotation control device (13) and which includes a stroke sensor (18), a pressure sensor (21), a correction value indicator (25), function generators (19, 22), a first computation means (20), a second computation means (23), a third computation means (26), a first selection means (24), a second selection means (27), a signal detector (28), a collection value computation unit (29), and a subtracter (30).
