A rotational high-pressure injection system for intraperitoneal chemotherapy of the present invention comprises: a high-pressure injector which discharges, at high pressure, a liquid drug through a syringe mounted on the end portion thereof; a nozzle part which comprises a tube having the liquid drug discharged from the syringe flowing therein, and a nozzle disposed on the end portion of the tube and discharging the liquid drug; and a nozzle rotator which is fixed so that the nozzle is obliquely disposed with respect to the abdomen of a patient, and rotates the nozzle so as to enable the liquid drug to be widely distributed inside the abdominal cavity of the patient.
