Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of vibration suppression in a system, and in particular to a rotational inertia active control device having a damping fluid container, comprising a force output module and a damping fluid container; the force output module is directly fixed to a controlled structure, and mainly comprises a base, an encoder, a driver, a transmission, a connecting shaft, and a rotational inertia disc; the damping fluid container comprises a container body and a container cover, the lower end of the container body is provided with an installation round hole, the container cover is provided with a fluid inlet hole, and the fluid inlet hole is provided with a sealing cover; and an encoder is mounted on the controlled structure. The present invention is able to control, on the basis of an actual movement state of the structure, the rotational inertia disc of said device to rotate, thereby providing a suitable force acting on the controlled structure and achieving the purpose of vibration control; moreover, said system is provided with a damping fluid container, and the type of damping fluid in the damping fluid container can be changed according to actual needs, thereby changing damping of the rotational inertia disc and achieving high control efficiency.
