Abstract:

Provided is a Rotigotine-containing patch having a support layer and an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer contains Rotigotine and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and further contains a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, a petroleum-based resin and/or a terpene-based resin, an aliphatic alcohol, and a crosslinked polyvinyl pyrrolidone. In the adhesive layer, the mass ratio of the content of Rotigotine and/or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt as converted to a Rotigotine free form to the content of the crosslinked polyvinyl pyrrolidone (i.e., the content of Rotigotine and/or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt as converted to a Rotigotine free form : the content of the crosslinked polyvinyl pyrrolidone) is 10:3-1:3.
