Abstract:

The present disclosure provides a rotor assembly and a consequent-pole motor. The rotor assembly comprises a rotor core (1), the rotor core (1) comprising permanent magnetic poles and consequent poles arranged alternately along a circumferential direction; the permanent magnet poles each comprise a mounting groove (2), a permanent magnet (3) is mounted in the mounting groove (2), the polarities of the permanent magnets (3) facing the outer periphery of the rotor core (1) are the same, and two ends of the mounting groove (2) are respectively provided with second air grooves (5), the second air grooves (5) each comprising a groove body and a first extension portion (6) and a second extension portion (7) which extend from the groove body to a magnetic pole central line, the first extension portion (6) and the second extension portion (7) being sequentially provided to form a stepped groove with a decreasing radial thickness. The rotor assembly of the present disclosure solves the problem of increased torque ripples caused by a counter-potential harmonic of a consequent-pole motor, significantly reducing the counter-potential harmonic content, improving the motor performance.
