Abstract:
The present application provides a rotor assembly and a self-starting permanent magnet synchronous reluctance electric motor. The rotor assembly comprises a rotor core (1), wherein in a cross section of the rotor core (1), the rotor core (1) is provided with slits (2), q-axis squirrel cage slots (41) and permanent magnets (3), the q-axis squirrel cage slots (41) are provided at two ends of the slits (2), the permanent magnets (3) are arranged in the slits (2), at least the permanent magnet (3) located at the innermost layer in a d-axis direction is arranged asymmetrically with respect to a d-axis, and a direction of shift, with respect to the d-axis, of the permanent magnet (3) located at the innermost layer is the same as a direction of rotation of the rotor assembly.
