Abstract:
A rotor assembly (1000), which is used for a disc motor, and comprises a magnetically permeable rotor bracket (100), a front end surface permanent magnet (200), and a middle permanent magnet (300); wherein the front end surface permanent magnet (200) and the middle permanent magnet (300) are both installed on the magnetically permeable rotor bracket (100), and the middle permanent magnet (300) is arranged to surround the front end surface permanent magnet (200); the front end surface permanent magnet (200) can be arranged to face a front stator core on the front end surface of the disc motor; the middle permanent magnet (300) can be arranged inside a stator groove of a middle stator core on the inner circumference of the disc motor, and a sidewall of the middle permanent magnet (300) is apart from a sidewall of the stator groove by a preset distance. In comparison to the prior art where only one magnetic field loop is formed for a disc motor, two magnetic field loops improve the energy conversion efficiency. In addition, the middle permanent magnet (300) and the front end surface permanent magnet (200) share one magnetically permeable rotor bracket (100), which improves the energy conversion capability and the volume to weight ratio of the disc motor.
