Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to provide a rotor coil shaping device capable of improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity. In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention employs the following technical solution: a rotor coil shaping device, comprising: a positioning block: and a pressing block positioned above the positioning block. A middle portion of the positioning block is provided with a positioning protrusion extending upwards and placed along a front to back direction. The positioning protrusion has the same width as a rotor slot opening width of a rotor. At least one of a front end and rear end of the positioning block has an upwardly extending position-limiting protrusion. An upper shaping member is fixed to a lower side of the pressing block. The upper shaping member has an arc-shaped recess having a downward-facing opening.
