Abstract:

The present invention provides a rotary craft which can change the pitch of a blade by appropriately driving an actuator even when the actuator has a low output, with a relatively simple configuration. A helicopter (10) according to the present invention is provided with a twisting mechanism (40) which twists a proximal end section of a blade (18) around the axial center (A) of the blade (18) with respect to a distal end section of the blade (18). The blade (18) has: a spar (23) of which the proximal end section is connected to a hub (17); and a skin (24) in which the spar (23) is inserted to connect the distal end section of the spar (23) and the skin (24) to each other so that the skin can rotate around the axial center of the spar (23) with respect to the spar (23) in areas except for the distal end section, wherein the hub (17) has a hub body (20) mounted on a main rotor shaft (16); and a hub arm part (21) which connects the spar (23) to the hub body (20).
