Abstract:
The present invention is characterized in comprising a rotor core 103, copper bars 101, and end rings 102 in order to increase torque as well as reduce torque unevenness; the rotor core 103 being provided with a reference thin plate 1050, a first thin plate, and a second thin plate that have the same slot shape and the same rotation axis; the rotor core 103 being provided with skew of a skew angle of θ0 due to the first thin plate being stacked on the reference thin plate 1050 so as to be circumferentially displaced around a rotation axis AX at a skew angle of θ0 and the second thin plate being stacked on the first thin plate so as to be circumferentially displaced around the rotation axis at a skew angle of θ0; the copper bars 101 being inserted into slots 104 and penetrating the rotor core 103; and the end rings 102 being integrally molded from aluminum cast into the slots 104 by aluminum die casting, and thereby fused with the two end surfaces of the rotor core 103 with respect to a direction parallel to the rotation axis AX, and the end rings 102 being short-circuited with the copper bars 101.
