Abstract:
This rotor comprises: a columnar rotor core that extends in the axial direction; a rotor cover that covers the radial outer side of the rotor core; and a resin part that covers one side end surface of the rotor core in the axial direction. The rotor cover has a projecting part that projects in one axial direction with respect to the one side end surface of the rotor core in the axial direction. The resin part has a rim part on the radial outer side thereof, said rim part projecting in the one axial direction and in contact with the radial inner side of the projecting part.
