The present invention relates to a rotor, which is capable of effectively dissipating heat by means of a water cooling method using a water jacket having a refrigerant circulation circuit while realizing inner air cooling using an air flow passage formed inside a motor, and a propeller driving device and an aircraft using same. The propeller driving device comprises: a housing in which an upper cover and a lower cover each having a plurality of through holes in the upper and lower portions of a cylindrical case are coupled to each other; a stator which is disposed inside the case; a rotor which is disposed to be spaced apart from the stator; and a rotary shaft which is connected to the rotor through a plurality of bridges, and has both ends rotatably supported by an upper bearing and a lower bearing positioned at central portions of the upper cover and the lower cover, wherein the inner air cooling of the motor is attained through the plurality of through holes of the upper cover and the lower cover and the air flow passage passing through a plurality of spaces formed between the plurality of bridges.
