Abstract:
The present application provides a rotor punching sheet, a rotor, a motor, a pump, and a vehicle. The rotor punching sheet is applied to the rotor; the rotor comprises multiple permanent magnets; the rotor punching sheet comprises a punching sheet body and at least one positioning groove; the punching sheet body is provided with a shaft hole; the at least one positioning groove is provided on the punching sheet body; the at least one positioning groove is communicated with the shaft hole; and the at least one positioning groove is used for directly indirectly positioning the position of the permanent magnets. In the present application, the magnetization position of the permanent magnets can be accurately positioned according to the position of the permanent magnets, without adding parts, such that the accuracy of overall magnetization is improved, the magnetization saturation of the permanent magnets is ensured, the problem of magnetization positioning is effectively solved, the weight of the motor can also be reduced to the greatest extent while ensuring the performance of the motor, and the production cost is lowered.
