Abstract:
Provided are a rotor, a rotary electrical machine, an electric compressor, and a method for producing a rotor, wherein the rotor comprises: a rotating shaft having a pair of flange portions spaced apart in the axial direction; an iron core that is composed of a magnet, has a cylindrical shape, is split into a plurality of parts in the circumferential direction, and is positioned between the pair of flange portions on the external side of the rotating shaft in the radial direction thereof; and a holding sleeve that has a cylindrical shape, is positioned on the external side of the iron core, and has one end and other end in the axial direction fixed to the outer periphery of the pair of flange portions.
