Abstract:
This rotor comprises, with respect to each magnetic pole of a rotor core, first and second magnet housing regions, first and second outer-circumferential-side magnetic air gaps, first and second inner-circumferential-side magnetic air gaps, an outer circumferential side center magnetic gap and an inner circumferential side center magnetic air gap, first and second outer-circumferential-side bridge portions, first and second inner-circumferential-side bridge portions, a center bridge portion, and permanent magnet holding first and second projection portions. The first and second outer-circumferential-side bridge portions are disposed so that the mutual distance becomes narrower from the outer circumferential side to the inner circumferential side of the rotor core. The first and second inner-circumferential-side bridge portions are disposed so that the mutual distance becomes narrower from the outer circumferential side to the inner circumferential side of the rotor core and are connected to the first and second outer-circumferential-side bridge portions, respectively.
