Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of machining. A rotor speed measurement slot machining device, and a method for using same. In the existing machining technology wherein a machining position is determined by means of using a cutter to align with an alignment indexing line, which method has low indexing precision, the problem in respect of the working efficiency being relatively low due to a relatively low up-to-standard rate of machining as a machined rotor can only be scrapped and cannot be used when a relatively large deviation occurs in the size of the machined rotor is solved. Two roller units are used to locate the axis of a rotor, an indexing unit is then connected to one end of the rotor by means of a cross-shaped chuck plate, and a rotation angle of the rotor is adjusted by means of the indexing unit, such that the indexing precision is improved, a relatively large deviation is prevented from occurring in the size of a machined rotor, and the up-to-standard rate of machining is thus improved; in addition, by means of adjusting a three-axis moving slipway of a cutting unit, it is ensured that the center of a cutter passes through a horizontal plane where the center of the rotor is located, such that the machining precision is improved, the machining speed is relatively fast, and the working efficiency is greatly improved. The present invention is suitable for rotor machining.
