Title:
ROTOR, STATOR, AND MULTI-WORKING HARMONIC PERMANENT MAGNET MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/209738
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A rotor, a stator, and a multi-working harmonic permanent magnet motor comprising the stator or the rotor. N poles (2) and S poles (3) are distributed alternately along the circumferential direction of a rotor iron core (1) or a stator iron core (5). Any of the N poles (2) comprises at least one N-pole permanent magnet (2), and any of the S poles (3) comprises at least one S-pole permanent magnet (3); moreover, at least two adjacent N pole (2) and S pole (3) differ from each other in width. By means of the arrangement of magnetic poles with different widths on a stator or a rotor, the technical solution enables a magnetic field generated to contain a plurality of harmonic magnetic fields with relatively high amplitudes, so as to interact with a magnetic field generated by armature windings of the permanent motor to achieve superposition of multiple torques, thereby further increasing the output torque of the motor. In addition, the harmonic permanent fields can be completely decoupled on frequency; the error tolerating performance of the motor can be improved significantly. The motor of the technical solution is a dual-mechanical port motor, and can be applied to relevant speed changing and transmission fields, such as electric vehicles.
