Abstract:
A rotor or rotor module for a motor, comprises a shaft, and longitudinal magnet pieces and/or squirrel cage, and has the voids between adjacent magnet pieces or conductive longitudinal bars of the squirrel cage being filled with injection moulding material. The injection moulding material is electrically insulating. The injection moulding material is fibre reinforced.
