Title:
ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/038956
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to achieve further reductions in torque ripple and an electromagnetic excitation force that cause vibrations and noise. An iron core 10 of a rotor 1 has formed therein pairs of permanent magnet insertion holes which penetrate through in the same direction as a motor shaft 11 of a permanent magnet motor, from one end surface to the other end surface, and which are arranged with line symmetry about the d-axis of the rotor 1. The permanent magnet insertion holes are formed and arranged in a plurality of layers from the outer circumferential side of the rotor 1 to the axis thereof. Furthermore, magnetic isolating portions 17a, 17b which extend along the outer circumference of the rotor 1 from end portions of the permanent magnet insertion holes 12a, 12b, on the q-axis side of the rotor 1, toward the d-axis side thereof, and which penetrate through from one end of the iron core 10 to the other end thereof in the same direction as the motor shaft 11, are formed in the pair of permanent magnet insertion holes 12a, 12b formed on the outermost circumferential side. The magnetic isolating portions 17a, 17b are formed in a range of electrical angle of 14° to 46° from the d-axis.
