SUMMARY OF INVENTION:

A round iron sheet with holes having more thickness is fixed on the full around frames_and the wheel with hole having lesser thickness will rotate freely. But wheel with lesser thickness

will rotate only at a distance of 57cm (distance of the gap) because the magnetic piece pointing towards the outer portion of the inner channel having lesser breadth is standard between the gap at a distance of 7 mm depth when it is rotated like this, the magnetic piece on the outer portion of the hole wheel with lesser thickness will touch at a side of the gap at a distance of 57 cm and standard due to the magnetic force. Likewise, if the wheel with lesser thickness is rotated on the other direction, it will touch on the outer side of the holes wheel with lesser thickness in order to rotate in both directions or to open and close the window. If it is rotated on the right side with the handle, the holes wheel with lesser thickness will come straight with the air holes on the wheels with more thickness.

Door less door windows can be fitted to any building or structure with lesser cost and to give more perfection and security by utilizing lesser space in any design. Door less door windows can be manufactured in stainless steel. The window can be fitted in the houses, hospitals, prayer halls.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION;

ROUND SHEETS

A round iron sheet with 469 cm circumference, 1 cm metal thickness and another round iron sheet with the same circumference and 5 mm metal thickness, in any one side of the outer portion of the second iron sheet, a magnet with 6 mm height, 5 mm breadth is to be fitted pointing outside. (See Figure - 1)

Air holes are to be constructed in a particular size in both the round iron sheets. For this purpose, (the two round sheets with 469 cm circumference have to be divided equally between 360 degrees from the outer portion of the two round iron sheets) first round is to be made with 10 cm breadth and hole is to be made is to be made in this round in the space covering 44 degrees. After leaving with a gap covering 46 degrees, the second hole is to be made with the gap covering 44 degrees. 4 such holes are to be made in the first round. Then in between holes there will be 4 such vacant spaces covering space of 46 degrees without holes. (See Figure — 2).

Second round is to be constructed with 10 cm breadth leaving apart 1 cm form the first round. In the second round also, there should be 4 holes covers the space of 44 degrees and 4 vacant spaces covering the space of 46 degrees without holes. 3 rd , 4 th , 5 th , and 6 th rounds are to be made in the same manner.

The holes are made in such a manner so that the vacant spaces without holes available in the second round should come below the 4 holes in the first round. Or, 4 holes available in the second round should come between the 4 vacant spaces without holes in the first round. Likewise, 6 rounds are to be completed. (See Figure — 3).

When the rounds come downwards, the length and measurement of the holes and the length and measurements of the vacant space without holes will decrease depending on the decrease in the circumference of the rounds. But, the breadth will be equal or when it comes downwards from the outer portion the space available for one degree will decrease as the circumference of the rounds decreases.

FITTING OF BEARINGS

After constructing 6 round holes with 1 cm thickness in the first round sheet, a hole with 9 cm diameter is to be constructed in the center of the 7 th round, a ring is to be constructed with

1 cm breadth and same diameter of the hole on one outer side of the sheet in line with the hole and the outer side mouth per turn is to be closed.

No.6406 NBC ball bearing (3 cm hole on the center of the bearing) with an outer diameter of 9 cm and with a height of 2.3 cm (23mm) should be erected as seating on the outer portion of the round with 2 cm depth. Then the bearing will completely enter the round and will be pointing towards 3 mm of the second side. (See Figure - 5)

After constructing 6 round holes in the same manner on the second round sheet with less thickness, an iron rod with 3 cm diameter and 23 mm height is to be constructed on the center of the 7 th round. (See Figure - 6)

FRAME

Now, there should be frame for the two round sheets. For this, a frame with 234 Vz cm length and 23 cm breadth each and two semi-circle portions is to be constructed in an iron leaf with

2 cm metal thickness. (See Figure - 7)

2 channels are to be constructed leaving apart 2 mm from the center portion of the two semi- circled frames on both sides. The first channel should be with 1 cm breadth and 1 cm depth and the second channel should be with 7 mm breadth and 12 mm depth.

Another inner channel with 7 mm breadth and 6 mm depth and 57 cm length is to be constructed in the channel having 7 mm breadth x 12 mm depth on the center portion of any one of the two frames. (See Figure - 8)

Iron leaf are to be fitted pointing towards the outer portion of the frames at the same breadth and thickness of the frame with 15 cm height on the two semicircles. Holes with 10 mm diameter are to be made in these above mentioned 4 iron leaves.

There should be one iron leaf without holes each without holes at both ends of the frames pointing outwards without with the same breadth, thickness and length (See Figure — 9)

FITTINGS

Two iron sheets with 6 rounds and holes are to be joined with bearing. The shaft (iron rod ) erected on the center portion of the second round sheet (with 5mm thickness is to be pushed inside the hole with two cm diameter of the bearing fixed at the center portion of the iron sheet (with 1 cm thickness) and to be fitted tightly.

Since the bearing are pointing outwards, sheets will stand at a distance of 3 mm without touching each other. After fixing in this manner, if the 1 st sheet is erected, the 2 nd sheet (with hole) will rotate freely on the bearing.

When it is rotated as such, if the holes of the 2 nd sheet come in straight line with space with holes of the 1 st sheet, wind and light will pass trough the holes. But if the holes of the 2 nd sheet come in straight line with space (without holes) of the 1 st sheet, the air holes will be closed and wind and light will be blocked. Holes will be completely closed because the length and breadth of the space (without holes) between the holes are more than the length and breadth of the holes. This is the principle behind the working of the door less door window. (See Figure - 11)

The two hole wheels (sheet with holes) fixed on the bearings should be kept on one of the two semi-circled frames kept in a flat position (wheels with 1 cm thickness should be placed on the big channel wheel with 1 cm breadth and 1 cm depth and wheel with 5 mm thickness should be place on the small channel (with 7 mm breadth andl2 mm depth). The 2 nd semi- circled frame should be kept downwards on top of the two hole wheels erected. The space (without holes) between the holes if the 1 st sheet (big wheel in the big channel and the small wheel in the small channel). When it is kept as above, the magnetic piece with 6 mm height fitted on the other side of the 2 nd wheel will be pointing outwards on the outer portion of the wheel with lesser thickness. This magnet should be kept inside the inner channel constructed with 57 cm length and 7 mm breadth and 6 mm depth. Then the wheel with more thickness should be welded and fitted tight to the channel with more breadth. When it is fixed in this manner, the leafs with holes on both the sides of the frames will be joined together. Then 10mm nuts and bolts should be fixed on the 4 holes (See Figure - 13)

WORKING

The wheel with holes having more thickness is fixed on the full round frames and the wheel with holes having lesser thickness will rotate freely. But wheel with lesser thickness will rotate only at a distance of 57 cm (distance of the inner channel) because the magnet fixed on the 2 nd wheel, which is pointing to the inner channel having 57cm_length i is the stranded between the gaps at a distance of 7 mm depth. In other words the second wheel can only rotate at a maximum distance covering a space with hole of the first wheel. When it is rotated like this, the magnetic force on the second portion of the second wheel will touch at one side of the gap at a distance of 57 cm and stranded due to the magnetic force. Likewise, if the second channel is rotated on the other direction, it will touch on the other side of the gap. A knob or a handle is fixed on the right hand side or the left hand side of the second wheel in order to rotate in both directions or to open and close the window. If it is rotated on the right side with the handle second wheel will rotate at a distance of 57 cm (the distance of a hole) and the air holes on the second wheel will come straight with the air holes on the first wheel.

When it is rotated with the knob or handle at a distance of 57 cm on the left hand side, the air holes on the second wheel will come straight to the space without holes on the first wheels, and the air holes will be closed.

Door less door window can be manufactured in both in steel and wood. It cannot be manufactured in stainless steel. The window can be fitted in the houses, hospitals, prayer halls etc.

Air holes with various designs can be manufactured in place of air holes constructed on the wheels in cone shape. Windows with various circumferences - both small and big - can also be manufactured. But the number and measurements of the holes will vary depending on the size of the rounds (See Figure - 15)
