Abstract:
A rounding device for a cable sheath, comprising a main device (1) for cable sheath injection molding, and a shaping device (2) for the rounding of the cable sheath. A water tank device (3) for containing cooling water is installed below the shaping device (2). A secondary box device (4) for vacuum generation is provided behind the water tank device (3). A cooling device (5) for cooling the cable sheath is provided on one side of the shaping device (2). By means of the vacuum arrangement in a cylinder box (201), the surface of the sheath is tightly attached to a circular shaping sleeve (202), thereby ensuring the smoothness of the sheath surface. By means of the spraying arrangement in the cylinder box (201), the cooling and shaping of the sheath is accelerated, and the rounding requirements during the movement of the sheath is ensured. By means of the suction and backflow arrangement of the cylinder box (201), resistance to vacuum suction may ensure the backflow and reuse of water, thereby saving water resources.
