Embodiments of the present invention provide a routing method and apparatus, a cloud resource registration method and apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic apparatus. The routing method comprises: acquiring predetermined information carried in a received application data packet, wherein the predetermined information comprises: a cloud resource identifier of a cloud resource used for processing application data in the application data packet; according to a cloud resource identifier routing table, determining information of a cloud node and/or cloud resource instance corresponding to the predetermined information, wherein the cloud resource identifier routing table records, using the cloud resource identifier as an index, the information of the cloud node and/or cloud resource instance used for providing the cloud resource identified by the cloud resource identifier; and routing and forwarding the application data packet according to the determined information of the cloud node and/or cloud resource instance. By means of the present invention, efficient addressing and routing of ubiquitous cloud resources between clouds is achieved by a network while a current routing protocol and algorithm are not changed, thereby improving the utilization rate of cloud resources.
