Abstract:
The present invention relates to a row pipe bundle hoisting tooling and a construction method therefor. The tooling comprises a pipe clamp mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a guide mechanism, wherein the pipe clamp mechanism is configured to fix a plurality of horizontally placed pipes into an integral pipe bundle, and comprises a pipe bundle hoisting frame, a pipe bundle bottom restraining frame and a plurality of main pipe clamps, the pipe bundle hoisting frame being mounted at the end of the pipe bundle that is close to a pipe shaft opening, and the pipe bundle bottom restraining frame being mounted at the end of the pipe bundle that is away from the pipe shaft opening; the lifting mechanism comprises a winch assembly and lifting rigging, the winch assembly being connected to the pipe bundle hoisting frame by means of the lifting rigging; and the guide mechanism comprises two groups of guideline fixing frames and hoisting guidelines, the two groups of guideline fixing frames being respectively mounted at the edge of a pipe shaft opening in a bottom floor and the edge of a pipe shaft opening in the upper floor from a lifting layer, the hoisting guidelines being vertically connected between the two groups of guideline fixing frames, and guideline shackles, which are adapted to the hoisting guidelines, being respectively mounted on the pipe bundle hoisting frame and the pipe bundle bottom restraining frame. By means of the present invention, the construction efficiency and the construction quality can be improved.
