Abstract:
A rubber composite, a processing method, an aging-resistant rubber product applying the rubber composite, and a manufacturing method. The rubber composite comprises : a rubber substrate and essential components. The rubber substrate comprises : branched polyethylene, the content thereof being a : 0 < a ≤ 100 parts, ethylene propylene monomer rubber and ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber of the content of b : 0 ≤ b < 100 parts. The essential components comprise : a crosslinking agent 1.5-10 parts, a reinforcing filler 30-200 parts, and a plasticizer 5-250 parts. The beneficial effects are such that the rubber composite has great processing performance, is applicable in manufacturing rubber products having high requirements on the performance of aging resistance and on the performance of resistance against permanent deformation under compression.
