Abstract:
Provided is a rubber composition for coating a plated wire reinforcement layer, the rubber composition being made of a diene-based rubber composition containing components (A)-(E), wherein with respect to 100 parts by weight of component (A), the content of components (B) is 5-20 parts by weight, the content of components (C) is 0.2-4.8 parts by weight, the content of components (D) is 0.2-4.8, the content of components (E) is 40-100 parts by weight, and the total content of components (C) and (D) is 1.0-6.0 parts by weight. Accordingly, the adhesiveness to the plated wire reinforcement layer is improved without compensating for physical properties of rubber and without using an adhesive. (A) Diene-based rubber. (B) Plasticizer. (C) Insoluble sulfur. (D) Soluble sulfur. (E) Carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 56 m2/g or less.
