Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rubber composition for a hose inner tube that is capable of achieving excellent rubber properties and exceptional inner-tube detachment properties, even when a cobalt compound is not contained or is contained in a small amount. To solve the aforementioned problem, the present invention is a rubber composition for a hose inner tube, the rubber composition being characterized by including A) a rubber component containing an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, B) sulfur, and C) a vulcanization accelerator, and furthermore including D) N-phenyl-N-(trichloromethylthio)benzenesulfonamide and E) a cobalt compound as optional components, the total content of the B) sulfur, the C) vulcanization accelerator, and the D) N-phenyl-N-(trichloromethylthio)benzenesulfonamide being 4.1 parts by mass or greater per 100 parts by mass of the A) rubber component, and the mass ratio (B/C) of the B) sulfur content to the C) vulcanization accelerator content being 1.2 or greater.
