Abstract:

Provided are: a rubber composition which can yield a rubber elastic body that exhibits small rolling resistance and excellent impact resilience; a manufacturing process therefor; and a tire which exhibits small rolling resistance and excellent impact resilience. The rubber composition can be obtained by kneading a rubber component comprising (A) a conjugated-diene based polymer that has at least one kind of functional groups selected from among tertiary amino, a thiol group, hydroxyl, epoxy, carboxyl, thioepoxy, hydrocarbylthio and hydrocarbylsilyl and (B) a conjugated-diene based polymer that does not have any functional group which is chemically bondable to silica, (C) silica, and (D) a dispersant consisting of an organic compound that contains at least one kind of element selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, carbonyl oxygen and etheric oxygen.
