Abstract:
The present invention provides: a rubber composition for producing a foam having a high expansion ratio; a foam having a high expansion ratio; a tire; an acoustic member; a sealing material; a hose; a belt; a wire covering; a thermal insulation material; an expansion ratio improver for rubbers; a method for improving the expansion ratio of a foam; and a method for producing a foam having a high expansion ratio. A rubber composition for producing a foam having a high expansion ratio, said rubber composition containing the components (a), (b), (c) and (d) described below. (a) a rubber component (b) a chemical foaming agent (c) a compound represented by formula (1) or a salt thereof (d) at least one agent that is selected from the group consisting of vulcanizing agents and crosslinking agents (In the formula, R1 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aralkyl group; and R2, R3 and R4 may be the same or different, and each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aralkyl group or an aryl group, each of which may additionally have one or more substituents.)
