Abstract:
The present invention provides: a rubber composition for tires which has excellent processability and from which a pneumatic tire having excellent wear-resistance performance and wet performance can be manufactured; and a pneumatic tire using the same for the tire tread thereof. The rubber composition for tires according to the present invention contains: a diene rubber (A) containing, in a predetermined amount, a specific conjugated diene rubber represented by a predetermined formula; a silica of which the CTAB adsorption specific surface area is in a predetermined range; and a silane coupling agent represented by a predetermined formula.
