Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rubber composition which can improve overall performance of wet grip performance and dry grip performance, and to provide a tire.
The present invention relates to a rubber composition the hardness of which reversibly changes with water, and which satisfies formula (1) below.

(In the formula, the hardness is JIS-A hardness of the rubber composition at 25°C.)
