Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to provide a rubber composition exhibiting excellent dispersibility and low heat build-up properties. The rubber composition of the present invention includes: a modified isoprene polymer; a rubber component (other than a modified isoprene polymer); and a reinforcing filler. The reinforcing filler contains carbon black and/or silica, the modified isoprene polymer has, at one end, a functional group containing a nitrogen atom and a silicon atom, and the viscosity of the modified isoprene polymer is no more than 2000 Pa.s, provided that the viscosity is measured using a cone and plate viscometer.
