Abstract:
Provided is a rubber-containing graft polymer having the exceptional mechanical strength such as weld strength and impact strength that is required of a rubber-containing graft polymer. This rubber-containing graft polymer (A) has a graft chain, wherein when the rubber-containing graft polymer is mixed with an organic solvent and separated into an organic-solvent-insoluble fraction and an organic-solvent-soluble fraction, a caprolactone unit is included in the graft chain included in the organic-solvent-insoluble fraction.
