Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a rubber for a flexible joint elastomer and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: 1, taking 100 parts of hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber, 15-35 parts of silicon dioxide, 10-25 parts of aramid fiber pulp, 30-50 parts of carbon black, 5-15 parts of liquid nitrile butadiene rubber, 3-7 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-3 parts of stearic acid, 0.5-5 parts of an anti-aging agent, and 2-8 parts of a peroxide cross-linking agent; 2, feeding the hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber into an internal mixer, plasticating same at 125-135°C, and then discharging materials and cooling same to obtain a plasticated rubber; 3, preheating the liquid nitrile butadiene rubber at 80-85°C; 4, adding the plasticated rubber, aramid fiber pulp, zinc oxide, stearic acid and the anti-aging agent to the internal mixer for primary mixing, adding carbon black to the internal mixer for secondary mixing, adding a silicon dioxide reinforcing agent and the preheated liquid nitrile butadiene rubber to the internal mixer for tertiary mixing, and starting to discharge the materials when the temperature reaches 140°C; and 5, discharging the materials when the materials are cooled, feeding same into a mixing mill, adding the peroxide cross-linking agent thereto, and carrying out thin-passing at a roller temperature of 45-55°C 5-7 times to obtain a rubber for a flexible joint elastomer, which has a good tear strength and good adhesion to a steel plate.
