Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of rubber internal mixing, and specifically provides a rubber internal mixing apparatus, comprising an internal mixing box, a pressurization plate, a hydraulic rod and a mounting bracket. The internal mixing box has a rectangular tank-shaped structure with an opening at the top thereof; and the internal mixing box is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of a working table. Two internal mixing rotors, which rotate relative to each other, are disposed inside the internal mixing box, wherein rotating shafts at the rear ends of the two internal mixing rotors are movably mounted on a rear side wall of the internal mixing box, and rotating shafts at the front ends of the internal mixing rotors both extend out of a front side wall of the internal mixing box and are fixedly connected to the central positions on circular gear discs. By means of the present invention, a feeding box, inclined partition plates and a slidable sealing plate are provided, such that raw materials for internal mixing can be respectively put into a raw material chamber inside the feeding box; and the slidable sealing plate is pushed to move upwards when the pressurization plate moves upwards, thereby allowing the raw materials to be automatically fed in sequence, such that workers do not need to stand beside the internal mixing apparatus in order to feed materials, and therefore are prevented from being burned during material feeding.
