Abstract:
A rubber particle crushing apparatus, comprising a crushing cylinder (12) and a bottom plate (30). A support post (34) is fixed on the bottom plate (30); a third support base (35) is hingedly connected to the top end of the support post (34); a shaking plate (1) is mounted on the third support base (35); a first upright plate (2) and a second upright plate (20) are fixed on the shaking plate (1); a first central shaft (41) and a second central shaft (18) are connected to the side wall of the crushing cylinder (12); the two central shafts are respectively in bearing connection with the first upright plate (2) and the second upright plate (20); a crushing assembly used for crushing rubber particles is provided in the crushing cylinder (12); a shaking assembly used for driving the shaking plate (1) to shake is provided on the bottom plate (30). In the crushing apparatus, a first motor (3) drives the crushing cylinder (12) to operate, so as to further drive a first rotating shaft (14) and a second rotating shaft (22) to rotate; the rubber particles are crushed by using first crushing teeth (13) and third crushing teeth (23); and a second motor (29) drives the shaking plate (1) to shake in a reciprocating manner, thereby improving the crushing efficiency.
