The raw materials comprise: tire top rubber powder, a vulcanizing agent, an accelerator, a fragrance or a deodorant, nano silicon carbonate, sodium silicate, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, cobalt naphthenate, DCP, zinc oxide, lead stearate, anti-aging agent 425, coumarone resin, magnesium hydroxide, glass fibers, silicon dioxide, tetramethyl thiuram sulphide, polyethylene glycol, light calcium carbonate, pottery clay and dimethyl silicone oil. The rubber powder sheet lengthening cattle pad has deformation resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, low cost, and a Shore hardness A of 63-73; has high wear resistance, is not easy to deform, and has good elasticity; has rich raw material resources, is reusable, has a tensile strength of ≥ 7 MPa, and has corrosion resistance and durability; and has a tensile elongation at break of ≥ 150%, has flame retardant property, suppresses smoke, has a long service life, and satisfies the requirements of environmental protection.
