Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a rubber wet master batch, the method including: a coagulation step of mixing a rubber latex solution and a slurry solution that contains a filler and a dispersion medium, and coagulating the same, thereby producing a filler-containing coagulated rubber; and a heating step of heating the filler-containing coagulated rubber to 180°C to 200°C by using a uniaxial extruder so as to perform dehydration, drying, and plasticization of the filler-containing coagulated rubber through one step. The uniaxial extruder used herein includes a screw, and an external cylinder having slits formed on an inner wall surface, the slits extending in the lengthwise direction of the external cylinder (screw axis direction). At least a part of the inner wall surface of the external cylinder is subjected to blast processing.
