Abstract:
Provided is a run-flat tire having both good run-flat durability performance and ride quality performance. This run-flat tire includes: side reinforcement rubber 10 between a carcass layer 6 and an inner liner layer 9 in a side wall section 4; first bead filler rubber 51 disposed within a turned-back section of the carcass layer 6; and second bead filler rubber 52 disposed outside the turned-back section of the carcass layer 6 in the tire width direction and extending along the carcass layer 6. In a meridional cross section, the height of the first bead filler rubber 51 in the tire radial direction is in a range H1 that is between 15% and 40% inclusive of a tire cross-sectional height SH, the height of the second bead filler rubber 52 in the tire radial direction is in a range H2 that is between 35% and 55% inclusive of the tire cross-sectional height SH, a linear distance W connecting an outer end 52a of the second bead filler rubber 52 in the tire radial direction and an inner end 52b of the second bead filler rubber 52 in the tire radial direction is in a range that is between 20% and 45% inclusive of the tire cross-sectional height SH, and the cross-sectional area of the second bead filler rubber 52 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the first bead filler rubber 51.
