Abstract:
In order to improve the durability of a run-flat tire 1 against run-flat driving, the run-flat tire 1 is provided with: side reinforcement rubber 10 provided in side walls 4; first bead filler rubber 51 disposed inside the turned-back portions 6a, in the tire width direction, of a carcass layer 6; and second bead filler rubber 52 disposed outside the turned-back portions 6a, in the tire width direction, of the carcass layer 6. The thickness of the side reinforcement rubber 10 in a region having a height of 38% to 68%, inclusive, of a tire cross-sectional height SH from a rim base line BL is in the range of 90% to 100%, inclusive, of the maximum thickness GBmax of the side reinforcement rubber 10, and in a region E between the position of a rim check line R and a position at a height of 38% of the tire cross-sectional height SH from the rim base line BL, the sum of the thicknesses of the side reinforcement rubber 10, the first bead filler rubber 51, and the second bead filler rubber 52 is in the range of 100% to 140%, inclusive, of the maximum thickness GBmax of the side reinforcement rubber 10.
