Abstract:
A runner (2) having a shaft hole and a plurality of umbrella stretcher storing grooves (5) for storing umbrella stretcher root parts which are opened radially around the periphery of the end surface of the runner, wherein umbrella stretcher pivotally-supporting leaf springs (12a, 12) having free ends which are deformed when the umbrella stretcher root parts are inserted into the grooves (5) and, after insertion, pivotally support the root parts when the root parts are engaged into the shaft hole, are allowed to face the inner side of the umbrella stretcher storing grooves (5).
