Abstract:

Provided is a running board for a running machine. The running board comprises two first elastic bar bodies (1) having the same structure, and a plurality of rigid support bars (3), wherein each first elastic bar body (1) has an arc-shaped structure, and a buffer portion which can expand or contract in the lengthwise direction is formed integrally at two ends of the first elastic bar bodies (1), so as to be able to buffer the arc-shaped form of the first elastic bar bodies (1) after being fixed to a base of the running machine; and the plurality of rigid support bars (3) are perpendicularly connected between the two first elastic bar bodies (1) respectively, and two ends of the plurality of rigid support bars (3) are respectively connected to corresponding upper sides of the two first elastic bar bodies (1). Also provided is a running machine using such a running board. The running board improves the comfort for a runner running for exercise.
