Abstract:
The present invention effectively utilizes a rust-preventing film after collection and obtains, through treatment under a milder condition, a recycled resin composition, which is a recycled resin, for a rust-preventing film. The present invention can produce, using the recycled resin composition for a rust-preventing film, a new rust-preventing film without generating foam and can make a single layer contain a combination of rust-preventing agents which normally cannot be contained in a single layer. The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining a rust-preventing film which has more sufficient rust-preventing performance and which is obtained by using a recycled resin composition for a rust-preventing film and thus promoting reuse of a rust-preventing film such as a used rust-preventing film. As a solution, provided is a recycled resin composition for a rust-preventing film, the recycled resin composition being characterized by containing a polyolefin resin, 0.02%-0.20% by weight of an amine- and/or ammonia-based volatile rust inhibitor, a deliquescent rust inhibitor, and 0.30% by weight or less of water.
