Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sacubitril intermediate and a preparation method thereof. The sacubitril intermediate can be prepared by subjecting a compound to a deprotection reaction. The intermediate can be used as a raw material and further synthesized to form a sacubitril compound. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of easily acquired raw materials, simple techniques, cost effectiveness, and environmental friendliness, and is therefore suitable for industrial production.
