A safe escaping facility for building is a safe iron window placed between building windows and is expanded fast to form an escaping ladder for people to escape when a fire alarm occurs. The facility has a fixed groove frame provided on an upper side of a window, and a mobile groove frame provided on a lower side of the window respectively. Multiple groups of prefabricated ladder frames are arranged between the groove frames to form a burglarproof iron window. The adjacent ladder frames can be combined together end to end through a wire rope, tension of which is adjusted by a winder provided in the room. An outside soleplate of the mobile groove frame is pivoted and controlled by a drawing device to stand or fall. When a fire occurs, the lateral soleplate of the lower mobile groove frame is released and thus the ladder frames are pushed out in turn, meanwhile, the slowly-falling winder is operated to tension the wire rope so that the ladder frames are inserted into each other end to end to form an elongated escaping ladder. Furthermore, the ladder frame is equipped with a slide guiding frame and a hook for fall-preventing. The facility is convenient for a user to escape and reduces life loss caused by fire with better safety.
