Abstract:
Provided is a safe mandoline slicer apparatus comprising: a moving frame which is formed in a rectangular frame shape spaced apart from the ground, has an inner space formed therein, and has a vertical groove extending in the vertical direction and a movement protrusion protruding towards the inner space that are formed on inner surfaces at both sides of the moving frame, such that the moving frame moves back and forth; a mandoline slicer main body which is insertedly-mounted in the inner space, has a mandoline blade and a mandoline hole formed therein, and has a movement groove formed at both side portions thereof and having a length that is greater than a length of the movement protrusion such that the mandoline slicer main body moves back and forth with the movement protrusion inserted into the movement groove; a storage box which is coupled to a lower portion of the mandoline slicer main body and in which contents that are cut into strips and then fall are stored; and a fixing holder which is provided with a fixing plate in which a plurality of fixing pins are formed in a lower portion thereof so as to fix a target object, and with a vertical piece which is formed to extend downwards from both sides of the fixing plate and slides the moving frame by moving back and forth while pressing the fixing plate with a portion of the vertical piece inserted into the vertical groove, wherein as the size of the target object fixed to the fixing plate decreases, the vertical piece descends towards the lower side of the vertical groove, and when the vertical piece comes into contact with a bottom, the slicing process is terminated.
