Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of display, in particular, to a safe playback method for a streaming media file, and a display device. The method comprises: determining the state of a streaming media file in response to a streaming media file playback instruction input by a user; if the state of the streaming media file is an encrypted state, controlling video data to flow into a trusted execution environment, and determining the state of the video data in the trusted execution environment; and if the state of the video data is an encrypted state, sending the video data to a decryption module for decryption, sending the decrypted video data to a decoder for decoding, and controlling a display to play the decoded video data.
