Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a safety device which is made less susceptible to the influence of an external environment by making the fixation between a lid portion and an opening end portion of a container prior to activation more robust than before, and a flying body provided with the safety device. [Solution] A safety device comprising: a piston member; a cylinder accommodating the piston member and having a hole portion through which the piston member protrudes outward upon activation; a push-up member pushed upward by the piston member in one direction; an ejection object 16 supported and pushed upward by the push-up member; a gas generator that causes the piston member to move inside the cylinder; and a lid portion 21 having a projection portion 21a. The projection portion 21a has a second through hole 21c. A pin member 22 is inserted into the second through hole 21c and a first through hole 18a provided in a container 18, whereby an engaging mechanism that engages an opening end portion of the container 18 with the projection portion 21a is formed.
